One thing that is good about not having a tv at home in LA is not having to watch Saving Private Ryan. I absolutely must watch this movie whenever it is on tv. I mean, The Notebook is also on tv but I’m not interested in that. I don’t even like movies like Saving Private Ryan. I just like being mopey and sad and root for Tom Hanks and Matt Damon.
Anyway, blueberries were magically on sale for only 1.99 a box. I mean, when it’s 2 for 6 bucks I go crazy! You guys have no idea how happy I am. Blueberries are one of my favorite fruits. Those “cutie” tangerines are another.
I just thank God for everything that has happened in my life. He is still growing me. I realize I still have a long way to go spiritually and emotionally. Even though I was comfortable with the way things were, I know all these sudden changes and opportunities are a way for me to grow and change for the better. I thought everything was going just fine. But just fine isn’t as good as great or fantastic.
I want great. I want fantastic. I want to say, thank you God, because I just know He is leading me.
